Your customer base is your most valuable asset but in the current climate selling your traditional services may not be as easy as previously. We offer a product that all of your customers already have, Energy. We aim to help you maximise revenue through your existing customer relationship.
The Approach
The approach is simple, we provide the back up, the supplier relationship and the industry knowledge. You provide the customer. Our existing partners obtain the customer’s agreement to share information about their current arrangement (a recent complete invoice will often suffice). Once we receive this information we will ensure that the customer is being billed correctly and whether there is an opportunity to re-contract. We will feed this information back to you and follow your instructions. Some of our partners prefer to deal directly whilst others are happy for us to proceed on their behalf. and at no point would we contact your customer without your express instruction.
Energy Commission
Energy commission rates are determined by an add on factor. This add on is decided by you the partner and would take into account a number of factors (length of contract ,current spend, profit margin). When a contract is agreed and signed by the customer, we advise the Partner as to the value, margin and start date. When we receive payment from the supplier we invite the Partner to raise an invoice for this sum. Invoices are paid within one working day.
